Hi Community, I have a third party internet access via Vumatel. I have moved houses and I would (1) Try to change my account type to LTE sim only data contract or (2) Cancel my existing contract with Telkom. Option 1 is preferred. I have gone to a Telkom Direct Store in Johannesburg Masharltatown where I was advised that the only option is to terminate my 3rd party access contract and set up a new LTE contract. Furthermore, I need to go to the Telkom Website to cancel the contract.
I have tried to cancel the contract on Telkom website but however I can not link my account number to my profile. It seems my type of account can not be picked up via the website. Please assist, the 10213 number is not working as well.
