I recently had a Telkom fibre fixed voice line activated. I plugged my old Telkom IdentiCall unit into their Alcatel Lucent I-240G-D fibre router's telephone port as a go-between to my handset. The date and time of incoming calls are completely wrong. The IndetiCall unit's time is automatically reset by any incomming call. How do I get this problem resolved?
