Please can someone confirm if faulty routers can be tested at your local store? I went to the Keywest branch and was advised that they do not test and that the faulty item needs to be booked in. Only then will they get back to me and let me know if it is actually faulty?

I think it depends which store you go into.
Sometimes the local store has someone there to help test equipment and sometimes not.
Also some stores are franchise sales stores so won't help you.
Is this a ADSL modem?
