Faulty router

Since last year my router and my line has been giving problems. Called in and have to wait for a consultant for 10min plus. When you eventually get through then they tell you a technician will come out. When the technician comes fixes the problem temporarily then same problem again. My router has been given problems aswell. When I called in yesterday I was told to get the router tested at a branch. Got to the Walmer Park branch, stood in a que just to find out I need to go to Greenacres. No SIGNS advising customers that there's no technical support at the store. I have signed up a 2 year contract with Telkom that means my router should also be under a 2 year warranty. A router is something that stands one side in a room with no one touching it. If anything goes wrong with it it is just fair that the service provider replaces it.
