I need help please. My router power adaptor went completely dead.
The unit was delivered to me by Telkom on 25 July 2018 and is still under warranty.
Could someone please advise me what the best course of action would be?

Thanks for the reply. Device is under 6 months.
Do you think warranty will cover the repair, and if so, will they provide me with a courtesy unit to use until repair is complete?
