Thank you for raising this topic. I would also love a new router with Telkom to introduce new Router that will boost 4G LTE no matter where you are. Sometimes I found it very difficult updating ZuluSound when I move out of the city. I dont know how better it would be with Huawei

I recently bought a new router from a Takealot. It's a Asus router.
When I opened the boy I was surprised to see on the back of the router that the cable that goes in the Wan port is different compared to the normal one that fits in my wall thing from Telkom.
I done research and the splitter where the cable goes in that goes in the router is a Rj11 cable but with my new router it's a RJ-45 cable and it won't work
I was wondering if Telkom sells a splitter that will fit my new router

I have bought a Telkom Smart Broadband Wireless Router from Telkom, Northgate 2/3 weeks ago, due
to cable theft and the new Telkom acc. 2 Dec. 2019 already shows the transaction. I’ve been to Telkom,
Northgate 10 times (ten times) and phoned their telephone numbers and cells and 10210 umpteen times and still
do not have received the Router despite that they every time promise to supply and install the Router the next day !!!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE would you explain how to solve this unprofessional service.
