Hi Fam, please help. I bought a new phone recently and i have been struggling with internet connection ever since. its been 5 days already now calling the call centre consultants, they have given me advice and sent guidlines on how to connect to it. tried all of those things but still i am not yet connected. the device i am using is a Nokia 2 android and cannot use it effectively. is there anyone who can assist me i am really frustrated now and just want internet connection thats all.

If you’re still battling visit a Telkom store with your device, ID, and proof of residential address in case your sim needs RICA - their tech. consultants will help you connect.
