Sim Card not activated

 

 

Purchased the intergrated SIM card was promised it would be activated within 24 hours : 1 week later still NOT active...

can anyone please help me ... I am running a small business and I am not able to queue up again at a Direct Store...

Hi @bibiloonat85

 

Telkom stores usually activate sims very quickly these days so perhaps some kind of verification or link still needed.

My Data bundle Sim Card stopped working. There was poor connection so I took from the router and inserted into my phone to test. Still was poor. But when I put back into the router it says not registered. I don't know the number and it is in the router now. How can I fix this problem?

I applied for contract data deal , The sim card was delivered on the 13th December until today it is not activated after being promised it will be active within 72 hours. I have been phoning everyday being transfered from one department to another. I am really dissapointed with Telkom's service.They are not as good as I thought they were.
