Yes we also found the password / username combinations very confusing to setup - they may even have been changed if you’ve recently upgraded your Telkom contract.
Call 10210 to confirm your Telkom username and password, and ensure the line is active . They’ll usually guide you through router reset & configuration steps.
If your router isn’t from Telkom try Zyzel default guide in below link to reset the router administration password and/or your Wi-Fi SSID password.
