i need to change my home router setup to static ip so that i can remotely access my home security and cctv cameras. I am not having much luck getting this right, mostly due to getting the run-around from the people i have asked at telkom. Can anyone please assist with letting me know how to go about doing it. If i can do myself online (via the telkom website) then a step by step would be nice, or if i need to contact telkom via phone who do i contact or finally if i need to go to a store what store (telkom direct etc).
