Please help. I am trying to connect to the Internet using a ZTE MF65M router. The router was bought under a contract from a different service provider but now I want to use Telkom instead. The advice I got from the helpline consultant to reset the device has not worked. I went to a Telkom outlet, but the device only worked on my phone when I was there. When I got home the problem persisted.

I'm guessing - but the router may be locked to your contract iSP’s network . Try contacting them to find out if it can be configured to use another ISP network sim.
