Account Billing

Good Day

 

I have changed account numbers and called telkom to amend the account details.

 

They have confirmed already before december debit order run that is was changed and the debit order for Jan 19 should be changed but i have to make provision for december's debit order which would not be changed.

 

Its now end of Jan 19 and the debit order still goes of the old account which now generates more charges for me via my bank ...and to top that of telkom also charges a unsuccessful collection fee of about R200 which they have not collected on the correct account

 

Could someone please call me to sort this out.
