Being debited more than my package amount

I need urgent advice, I have the adsl 4 mbps uncapped for R599 a month , It was installed around 20th December 2017 , so at the end of Jan I paid for Jan and prorata of December which I understood and came to R795

End of Feb I was debited R795 again and no help from the call centre at all

I have the same problem. My bill is mostly around R795 instead of R599.

Clearly Telkom has no compunction in overbilling.  Again this month I have been charged over the R369 package deal in place.  Customer services is a useless entity and unable to help with any complaints. I have advised the Advertising Standards Authority, ICASA and social media groups of the travesty that is Telkom. It remains for all customers to escalate and elevate the issues on social media and to cancel their debit orders.  Then let's see how quick Telkom acts.
