Clearly Telkom has no compunction in overbilling. Again this month I have been charged over the R369 package deal in place. Customer services is a useless entity and unable to help with any complaints. I have advised the Advertising Standards Authority, ICASA and social media groups of the travesty that is Telkom. It remains for all customers to escalate and elevate the issues on social media and to cancel their debit orders. Then let's see how quick Telkom acts.
