Billed twice for January

Dear Telekom,

 

Operator billed me twice on 3 January and 9 January 2017 via debit order.

Hi @jag7296, sorry about that. We did experience this mistake. A followup SMS was sent advising that a reversal was implemented and that the money would reflect within 48 - 72 hours.
