Billed twice in one month

Good day Telkom, My account was debited twice in one month even though your system showed my account is up to date. On 16th Nov 19 my account was debited for the outstanding amount of R1258.70 which showed my account is up to date. On the 30th Nov 19 a bank sms showed you debited my account again for R1258.70. Your chat service personnel is not able to give the reason for this and leave that chatroom while we are still chatting.

Hi I made a payment on the 30th of March 2020 using internet banking. Yesterday on the 6th of April 2020 an amount was deducted from my account.
