Billing

I received a wrong bill, my contract bill is R299 a month but few minutes ago I just received R820 bill it doesn't make sense because I didn't over use the agreement I had with my contract, am trying to call customer care service but I can't find a consultant available please help me out

We’re customers in the forum,  sorry to see this. Wish we could help but only a Telkom support channel can attend service issues , options here :-

Try calling 10210 accounts dept. ( early 8 am best to get through) for a consultant to help you & if necessary log a dispute . If no joy there, send a detailed message to a Telkom media support team ( below) with cc to  support@telkom.co.za - best for decent feedback & results. 

 

Include your contract details and a copy of the bill .

Goodluck in getting hold of them and getting your money back because it's been months with me struggling to get my refund of R1962.

I have the same problem with Telkom since last year...
