Try calling 10210 accounts dept. ( early 8 am best to get through) for a consultant to help you & if necessary log a dispute . If no joy there, send a detailed message to a Telkom media support team ( below) with cc to email@example.com - best for decent feedback & results.
Include your contract details and a copy of the bill .
