Both the Old and New Contract reflect after my upgrade.

HI,

 

I have recently upgraded my data contract.  After struggling for a month the upgrade was eventually done. When I do a balance check not it reflects both my old and the new contracts balances.  I don’t want to be charged at the end of the month for both contracts how can I resolve this issue without having to go to the Telkom store again.

@sandralperkins you can try one of our alternative channels:

 

  • Contact us on our Social Media Channels
  • Chat to an Agent (an online chat with a Telkom representitive)
  • Reporta fault via SMS:    SMS "SERVICE" and your landline number to 30591. (SMS at no charge.)
  • Call the Call Center
    • Mobile: 081180 (free from a Telkom Mobile phone)
    • Home:   Sales - 10213  & Service - 10120 (free from a Telkom landline)
    • Business: Sales - 10213 & Service - 10217 (free from a Telkom landline)

It's a data contract not an landline number.
