Cancelation of my contract


So I have cancelled my husbands contract on 31 October which means on 31 November Telkom should no longer be billing me.

Today when I received the invoice I noticed that Telkom is still charging me for his number which is an unnecessary expense might I add.

Also I wanted to find out. My husband is currently out of the Country is there a way I can access his account. For example if he sends me an email giving me permission to handle his Telkom account will they be able to assist me.

You assistance would be much appreciated as consultants at some branches are just rather pathetic.
