hmmm.... I tried all of these...
Common responses:
1) At store - "We can't do that here..."
2) Phoned 180 - "No, we don't have access to the landline department. Phone 10210"
3) Phoned 10210 - "Please phone 10210..."
4) Web Site - "They've moved your account to another system. I don't have access to the system and can't send you an invoice"
5) Me: "I want this call escalated to a manager" Agent: "I can't do that"
6) Telkom Community Post: No response...
Seems like you are shielding your cancellation and refund departments - very convenient.
Let's test it:
PLEASE ESCALATE THIS CALL and have a manager contact me - someone able to give me my refund.
I'm not holding thumbs for a call anytime soon or ever - except for the automatic sales call they give you when you cancel a service - only to offer you another package. Very predictable.

It is impossible to log an online fault - the options are test line and self diagnose - no option to log a fault
I sent the SMS - I get an Invalid Number reply - yes, the account is closed and I want my refund...
I am not on Facebook or Twitter and friends and family tell me no one responds anyway...
Chat to an agent - I'm unable to help with this - phone 10210
Call the Call Centre - no answer and this is costing me as I am calling from my mobile
Email - sent and no response
Find a store - the store says they cannot assist - I must call the Call Centre.
Download the app - still no options there to resolve...
Now what???
