Cancelled account - still receiving invoices

Hi All,

 

I was using ASDL line of telcom in my apartment and had requested cancellation of internet line. The same was cancelled from 28th of dec 2017.

 

However i'm still receiving the invoices ( received it for month of december and jan) as well.

 

I tried contacting the team as i have left country now, but still no response is coming.

 

Could anybody help in this regard as this is really worrying me now.

You are not alone, Telkom's customer service department is disappointing.

I am sitting with the same issue, cancelled at the end of March, still getting invoived to this day... Aug now.

Telkom = NO assistance
