Charged CLI on LTE Uncapped Contract

Hi Telkom Reps

 

We signed up for the R599pm Telkom LTE Smart Broadband Uncapped promotion last year. Ever since the first bill, we have been charged R8.50 per month for CLI. The problem is we did not request this nor did the consultant mention this on sign up. OBVIOUSLY, why would this be required on a data only LTE sim (with Telkom Huawei LTE Router).

 

I have logged a couple of queries via the call centre and the online chat, but we keep being charged for this.

 

Please assist to get this cancelled and credited.

Hi, this option does not work. I have been trying since October 2018 to get them to remove the CLI billing and provide me with a credit to no avail.

 

It's frustrating to say the least!

I have been experiencing the same issue since October 2018. Logged countless requests to have the CLI removed and for my account to be credited with the charges to no avail.

I have had the same issue since October 2018. I have logged countless requests to have the CLI removed and a credit passed on my account to no avail.

 

This has become frustrating to say the least!
