I am very disappointed with the service I'm receiving from Telkom
I moved to a new home on the 24th Feb and I'm still waiting for them to send someone to get me connected. Everytime I call I'm told that my order was stuck on the system. I was told now that it will take 7 days for a technician to be allocated. This is unacceptable. I need my Wifi as I work from home. It's an inconvenience. I hope someone gets to read this. Thanks

I am deeply disappointed with Telkom. I have a line with you for the last 2
and half years and I only had it to connect to the internet via my service
provider and after all thos time your billing department made a balls up
and made it a voice line. I have spent hundred of rands buying airtime to
call Telkom. I spoke to so many different people and each one on them have
something different to say. The last straw is that tbey cannot place my
number in tbe holding pool because the section in greyed out. So I must
call back tomorrow to see if the system is working. I am stunned.
