Sorry to see what’s happening to you but the community is a public customer forum - Telkom won’t see your post here . Service related issues are only attended by their support channels :-

If no joy from the call centres you should send a detailed message to a Telkom media support team for good feedback & results:-

Include the details you posted here with all related refs, and a copy of the incorrect bill.
