Dispute: Billed for "Free" Router

You incorrectly billed me for a router which was supposed to be free with my 20MB fibre line, now you have suspended my service because my credit limit was exceeded DUE TO THE INCORRECT ADDITIONAL BILLING OF THE ROUTER


(26049876 / 26049880) Refs of the 2 disputes logged for incorrect billing......how can you suspend my service when


1.) you billed wrong

2.) the amount is not even due yet for this month, even the statement says pay by 27th Dec

Sitting withexactly same problem and getting one reference after another and nothing gets done.
