EFT payment not reflected

Hello,

 

I am using Telkom Wifi, i use to pay the bills using credit card and it was fine, now i dont have credits in my card and i want to use EFT payment, i added the telkom as beneficiary and made the reference as same as the EFT reference.

Not to take risk i paid 10 rand on 30th April, since it was an holiday i waited till today. i checked the online bill if the due amount got reduced by 10 rand but its not. the due date is 4th

 

Please advise what would be the best way to confirm the payment which i made.

hi @krish44 best way is to speak with someone at accounts on 10210. they can check if the payment was made. hope you came right in the mean time.
