Every month I get charged a CLIP fee on my LTE data card. By the very nature of a data sim card, CLIP does not apply as no calls are made or recieved. So every month I phone Telkom and get the charge reversed. But then every month, like clockwork, they add it again. Is Telkom incapable of sorting their billing system out?
