I only have my account number and I have opted to "Pay Cash" for my service with Telkom. How can I obtain the proper code to make the payment at Pick N Pay? I have tried just using the account number, it won't accept. The cashier said that an Easy payment code from Telkom is required? I have received my bill via email with no indication on the invoice that if my payment option is cash I can use a specific code that links my account in order to pay at 3rd party paypoints.

Hi @Marius-Flash On the 1st page of your bill, there's a long number that begins with the # 9. this is what they need to punch in when you pay at a 3rd party paypoint.

Thanks. I realized that to the left it says " Computer generated copy with these symbols <<<<<< >>>>>>>> And as you mentioned starting with the # 9.
