Incorrect Billing

Hi

 

I was due for an upgrade last month which I received a call on and gladly took the next thing I get a new number where the benefits for the upgrade will go to only to discover that who ever was processing my order did not indicate it as an upgrade, and on the same profile I had a 10GB smart rate contract which suddenly came to an end without a proper notification and I have not received data the past two months on it because it was phased out but I am still being billed for this,Telkom staff are making mistakes and we pay for them.
