We’re customers in the community - sorry but can’t help much with service issues ( there are no Telkom support agents in this forum ).
Telkom usually credit your account for downtime from the date your fault was logged, but I understand the credit only appears after service is restored.
Meanwhile you could log an accounts dispute with 10210 ( call early 8 am best) & they’ll give you a ref. , or message the details to a Telkom media team below for decent feedback & results :-
