Hi all, i am new on telkom and i signed up for my package via a call by an agent working for mondo.
i was debitted and was told that i will not be billed for the first month since I will onl recieve my pro-rata data for my package.
a month later i then recieved m bill statement which includeds the pro-rata bill which i was told that it would not happened.
called the call center to inquire and a telkom agent assured me that the money debitted from my account by Mondo will be returened to me. my question is when will it be retunred back to m account?
