To Whom It May Concern
When will the telkom invoice be sent to our physical address?Payment is due 6.10.2016. Change of ownership was done 12.8.2016.We are still waiting...By linking the account to telkom via the app/website,does this nullify the option of receiving a hard copy of the invoice?

If your profile is set to receive your invoice via email, then you will most likley receive it electronically.
If you want to change this option to receive a hardcopy, login to My Telkom at www.telkom.co.za and select Manage My Accounts. Scroll to the right to select Bill Type. You can select paper on the drop down to receive your bill via post.

not sure if you are registered for Online Bill. If not, you can link your account and set your bill type. Only other option would be to contact 10210 to change the way you receive your bill, or visit a Telkom store to assist with this.
