On Line Bill

I have spoken to 11 different people at Telkom in 2 days and no one seems to be able to tell me why I can't see my current bill on line - I have been using the system for years with no problem but now this month my February will is not showing at all.  Please help. Thanks.

@vanderau please note that this site is not a service channel, rather it is meant for peer 2 peer support. Should you have a service issue, please use:

 

  • Contact us on our Social Media Channels
  • Chat to an Agent (an online chat with a Telkom representitive)
  • Reporta fault via SMS:    SMS "SERVICE" and your landline number to 30591. (SMS at no charge.)
  • Call the Call Center
    • Mobile: 081180 (free from a Telkom Mobile phone)
    • Home:   Sales - 10213  & Service - 10120 (free from a Telkom landline)
    • Business: Sales - 10213 & Service - 10217 (free from a Telkom landline)

Greetings, thanks for this information, but I had exhausted all those avenues, to no avail, this was my last resort, so was hoping a "peer" could shed some light.
