I have had my phone at my new address (transferred) for over a month and have had no statements.
I do not know what my monthly payment is, or what scheme I am on. I do not know how much I must pay your billing department.
Pleaser email the statement as soon as posible. I do not want my landline cut off due to non payment of my account.
Also I have applied for the the telkom Messenger Sevice. Has this been activated?
