I must say, telkom service is the worst in the world...
They installed my line mid december 2019, guess what, I got suspended. I only got my first invoice at begining of January 2020, where it also states that the money would be deducted by debit order from my account on 25th of january. I got suspended on the 20th of January.
HOW THE HELL DO SUSPEND SOMEONE ON THERE FISRT MONTH OF USING YOUR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are going now for day 3 of no internet and countless communication between me, telkom technical department, telkom accounts and telkom reconnection department.
telkom doesnt deserve a capital letter on there name, $#!T CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!
