In March, our landline/ADSL etc. was NOT working due to cable theft or something.. We cancelled our service.
We did NOT receive any service in March and April, yet we were billed.
After querying, we were told that we will be refunded in May.
It is now Hune, and NO REFUND has been received as yet.
We waited for hours by calling 10210 - NO RESPONSE,
We receiving no responses via email,
