We registered online almost a year ago to view our telephone accounts but to no avail. We have spoken to numerous Telkom representatives but none could help us. Can someone please help us to solve this problem. We cannot keep on going to the Telkom branch to print us a copy.

If your account is linked, you can change your Bill Type by following these steps:
My Telkom -> My Home & Business -> Change Your Bill Type
Alternatively, you can call 10210 and request that an agent change your billing type to "Email" and specify your correct email address.

We still cannot view our telephones accounts online. We have linked it and changed the Bill type Why are there no invoices shown under "Invoices"? Periodically, we need to go online to view the calls made instead of waiting for the month to receive your tax invoices. This is a matter of urgency.
