Telkom app not registering account

I downloaded the telkm app recently and registeted as well but when it surches for my account when i had already typed in all the relevant info i get a message of "error we could not identify you as a vallid contact for this service on this account" can you help me please.

Hi, I had the exact same problem. Just send an email to : obill@telkom.co.za with your telkom account number and online username. 

They will send you the correct number to link the account with. Regards, Rita
