Telkom email invoice and Gmail

[ Edited ]

We has picked up that the GMAIL spam filter has moved the Telkom emails to the GMAIL ‘SPAM’ folder.

Below are the steps to find those emails that GMAIL consider SPAM. If you click on the Spam folder, you will see there is a message at the top of this form that reads - "(messages that have been in Spam more than 30 days will be automatically deleted)". Not many GMAIL users are aware of this.

Re: Telkom email invoice and Gmail

Hi - perhaps you can help me? I've written a question on an overlapping matter (gmail/spam filter) - here: https://community.telkom.co.za/t5/Any-Other-Internet-Discussions/smtp-authentication/m-p/13467#M792 (Don't know if its ethical to post the same question at different places!?) Regards! JImi
