I ordered a telkom wifi router online in April... The device was delivered to my house.. I activated it on the 14 April... After finding no signal on the device at my house or away... Took it back to the telkom store after 6 days and gave it back and cancelled with cancelation form in hand. Last month R1006. 20 goes off on my bank acc from Telkom!.. I reverse the DO... Go to telkom store and again get a letter to say I wont have problems ever again. Low and behold R1006. 20 goes off my bank acc today!.... I am so Angry... What on earth goes on in the accounts dept! What is wrong with your system!!!! The store is 69kms away... I have to drive... it costs me petrol money for your incompetence!!!!
