It has been 7 months and Telkom has not refunded the Test amount deducted by the Sales Department when I applied for a mobile account. Every mont I receive my invoice in full - without the credit that is due - and every month the call centresays that the Sales Department have not acknowledged or loaded the test amount onto the system, so it can be refunded. It was supposed to be refunded after 3 months. What can I do to recieve my refund? J.
