5 months later, and my refund is stil under process. During this time my credit gets smaller and smaller!
more than 5 months without service yet still being charged.
Having to call the call centre and billing department and undergoing verification 5 times a day, by now I am now sure that people in open plan offices know all one's personal details, thanks to Telkom!! Apparently according to Siyamthanda you can not transfer to the managers, unless also beng verified!?!?!?!?!?!?
When does one get a refund? How many months does one have to fight?
