Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but where do I download my invoice on the new Self-Service website?
I can see the total I have to pay, but have no idea by when or whether the new payment reference number remains the same from month to month.
I need that invoice!

I still use the old site mostly as I like to copy and paste the data which is not possible with the graphics but to your question...
Select Accounts then there is an option to email your invoice. I have also managed to email it from the app!!
The option on the dashboard seems not to be working.

I’m guessing maybe they’re doing maintenance if it’s this portal you can’t access :-
If you’re still battling try the Telkom app as @J1 says - or if all else fails ask 10210 accounts to email you a copy. ( they mailed mine during the call & set their system to email me the account monthly ).
