account suspended

Im so upset with telkom i got a P9lite for R199 per pone begining of december 2016.i took 2 phones and i was told my debit order will be R199 per phone per month next thing they debit R2000 and i paid r1500 and they say i still owe over r3000 for them to open my phone.i do not understand why i wasnt told about the hidden costs they say i over spent on my data and i am still charged although phone has been suspended. i took the phone in on the 24th March 2017 for repaird the phone stopped working i have been calling to check what is happening with the phone which is even more frastrating because you hold online for almost 30minutes and i have been going backwards and forward with themand i was told the phone has been delivered and when i get there there is no such. called again today and was told they have not recieved any feedback from them since Monday they have been waiting for feedback.

if someone could back to me and tell me what is happenig would be nice.

that's a big jump. sounds like you need to call 081180 and ask to speak with an accouns person.
