It can be a real mission to get helped in Telkom. I have found accounts is better than most depts.
One way is to use the My Telkom portal. Use the new portal, select accounts, view your account by selecting the plus sign hidden on the right and the select the Query button. They normally call back within a week and I have found them helpful.
You are also able to call accounts just not sure what the number is.
