I had a debit order 28 feb that came off , received my phone a week later.
They saying i owe for march and april on my statement. Surley feb debit order would of been pro rata for that day and then the amount would of fallen over to March ?
Am i incorrect by saying that ?
I have been holding for customer service for longer than 40min?

There are no Telkom support agents in the forum ( we're customers with no other link to Telkom).
I found early from 8 am best time to call support / accounts dept is very helpful and if your bill is incorrect you can log a billing dispute there.

Yes it can be a horrible pain waiting to get through to the call centres. If still no joy you should also try onine chat to an agent or email via other support channels here :
