Have been trying for days to check the status of my cancellation of my mothers landline. FINALLY managed to get through to faults very helpful lady checked, and advised that the the number was still active on the OMS system. Suggested I phone 10213 Sales NO ANSWER. I received confirmation from Telkom on 26 Jan. 2018 that my request had been received got a ref. number. What does one have to do to get some kind of assistance??????!!!!!!!
