I have been with out a land line since April 2018 and have been given Dispute numbers and reference number but stil no luck i had to use a **bleep** Dongle from telkom and the data as been costing me Over R2000 just for may i need help with my account my Dispute Number is Z8622351 and refference Number is 28622357

Sorry to hear this - so frustrating not getting proper feedback. We’re also customers in the community & unfortunately can’t help much re their service ( no Telkom support agents in the forum) .
Try posting your details with the fault refs to a Telkom media team with an urgent escalation request - they usually speed things up and respond quickly with decent results , and email the same to email@example.com .

Did you receive a formal fault ref from Telkom ? (usually 3 letters in between numbers ). If not and you still haven't heard anything ,it may be worth logging your fault again online here:
