This is my first post on this forum. I hope that somebody could advise me on an issue that I'm having with another service provider.
Question: Is it possible that I could get a record of incoming calls to my Telkom Mobile number on a specific date from the Telkom customer services? Or perhaps there is an alternative department that deals with such issues? Please provide me with some guidance on this if you can.

Welcome to the community. Unfortunately there are no Telkom support agents in the forum so we can’t help much with service issues.
Try calling their mobile support 081180 - they should be able to help you with a subscriber activity log for your sim card.
From Telkom website :-
This is a log of everything your SIM does on the network, including incoming and outgoing calls, SMSs and data usage.
