Hi
I arranged to have my adsl moved from Telkom to Afrihost. In the process Telkom also cancelled my landline, which I need in order for Afrihost to connect the adsl. My number is 0333965386. I've attempted to phone Telkom without any success.
Please, please help.

Sorry but there are no Telkom support agents on the forum ( we're customers like you ).
You could first confirm that your Telkom landline was disconnected here :-
https://apps.telkom.co.za/number-verification/public/verifynumber
Then send a message to a Telkom media support team to request urgent landline re-activation. Include your contract details , any refs you received for the cancellation , a copy of your adsl cancellation request, and if possible a copy of your last Telkom statement to confirm no account issues :-
