Cancellation

After requesting an adsl installation three months ago, last week thursday they finally installed a voice line saying its ready for adsl only to call them on monday being told its not adsl activated. After multiple calls and online chatting with absolutely no help as im continuously told im at the wrong department or they cant help me I want to cancel the request now as im absolutely gatvol of absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Now ive been calling/chatting/emailing all day as I cannot use the online way because the system does not recognize me and my emails coming back I dont know what to do anymore!!! Every single thing I try, as usual, nobody can assist me!!! What am I supposed to do????
